Little Hawk inspired telescopic hang glider design

A 50 LB telescopic hang glider design made of carbon and inspired by the Little Hawk.
(demonstrating using rabbit ears antenna and a beach towel)
This could be taken on a bus and equals the portability of a paraglider.

I'm not sure if Little Hawk deserves any credit but ...

... if you can solve the fast short-pack problem, I believe it would be hang gliding's salvation.
