I took a break from work and took a short (about 1/2 hour) flight at Torrey today. I normally post a bunch of pictures individually, but to try something different, I combined them into an animated GIF file ...

One of the limitations (features?) of GIF files is that they have a limited color palette, so it gives the photos an "artsy" appearance. I set the cycle time for each photo at just under 1 second to keep things moving. Maybe I should have gone just a little slower to give more time to actually see them!

The wind strength was good most of the afternoon, but it was somewhat cross from the south which makes for a tricky launch at Torrey due to the shape of the cliff.
