Well I must admit that I must come across as a Fairly Well busted, Used and abused Pathetic Predator Pilot. But do not simply write Me off. For I am on the Mend even now after 13 Years since My Crash. Make no doubt I have not given up on Myself, nor the inherent Neuro Plasticity that We are all Blessed with.

I also am confident that John will help Me to achieve flight. So do not write off this Predator Pilot. Who will become the Phoenix Guy in the Sky.

OJ I have a couple of Question's that I want to Propose regarding the Legal aspect of our activity; [Free-Flight]. Regarding Insurance, I for One am a Pilot who had Flown for ovwe Twenty Years know no Pilot, nor Myself that was even asked to provide Proof of Insurance to an Officer of the Law. I assume that there Must be; "Sky Police" who rome the Sky looking for Pilots who are Flying in Violation of Given Flight Laws. I mean I for One have been confronted By Two Highly agitated Federal employed Guys who were wielding Guns. They claimed that I had Violated "Controlled Air Space.

But to this Day. i know of no Pilot who Upon landing, or Flying and being forced to land by a Federal Law enforcement; [SKY COP]. Or after having Impacted another Citizens Aircraft. Or heck for that matter; If a Pilot had crashed into a Vehicle. I mean has there Ever been a Pay-out on our Insurance?




I also called a Concession that runs an Bogus operation. Well I asked the G Woman Who answered the Phone. When I asked that if I were to land at the LZ there after having made the Flight having Launched from another site. Thus having flown XC so that then after I had landed where They had their Concession. Would everything be Good. She said to Me that if I did not have a Release that I had Purchased from them Prior to My Landing. She would call the local Police and have Me arrested. I am amazed that there is this much corruption alive and well. I guess if You have Bought off Your local Politicians. You can have Your local Police inflict Your Will.

So even though I can not Fly right now, it really does not Me from thinking about all of You Sky Brothers and Sky Sisters out there, Who will Fly Today. Heck it is in My Mind anyways, it is SPEC-OUT-SUNDAY!

SG and Me.

I have been playing My SG, a thing that I often do. My current Quest is to be able to have more Mobility up and down the neck. i am also trying to learn different Chords. This cool. For as I improve with achieving Small muscle Control. My recovery sounds better as My Physical and Mental ability improves.

ISN't flyING GRAND?

So here I on this nice looking Monday. I contemplate My Flying again . I think about Flights that I had that were what I think of as being good Flight Heck anytime where My feet leave the ground is a Great Flight! I dream of extending My Horizon Flying My Predator. I think about being mere Moments from having to make the decision to do a D-B-F Maneuver. But I would somehow luck into a Thermal. Up, Up, UP, I would climb. After I would, and I will by that matter. As I topped off working the Thermal. I would, I will point My Predator on the Course that would-Will allow Me to extend my Horizon.

So I just finished Playing My SG. Playing My SG Acoustically. I play My SG Acoustically exclusively. For at the Present time I have nothing to plug it into. I sold My Marshall. I want to get an electronic deal that will allow Me to play say here in the House without running the risk of blowing out all the Houses Windows. I always wanted to have My Marshall One Hundred Watt Amplifier Modified like [Spinal Tap] like, but I wanted to Be able to not only go to Eleven, I wanted it to go to Fourteen!

So hee is My effort to keep this Post [On Subject]:

. Well when John gets up here this Summer He and I will be heading out to a training Hill, or Maybe the Coast. Where the Plan is for Me to have My first launch and My First L:anding in Thirteen Years!

So things are Looking up for Me these Days. I mean How great it is that as of late things are looking up for Me for things have looked so Much worse for Me. Bob; Please take note here. I am going to type a Filthy, Foul, Four Letter Cuss Word. The Word is [SINK]. I realize that I might be banned for using this discusting Vile word to describe My Flying. But heck I think that this Word, even though it is a vile Four Letter Cuss word is appropriate to use in describing what I did 13 Years ago.

OK as most of You know Thirteen Years ago when I was Flying around Mount Diablo. I encountered {SINK| then I pounded into the Ground. Wel ever since that Day I have been undergoing the Process to where I will once again be able to Fly. Recently last Week I met with an OT who gave Me exercises to do for My left hand. In fact after I finish this Post. I will get up and begin doing the exercises.
