Look I know that I am not a Poser in the strict definition of the WORD. But nevertheless I so do feel like a Poser. I haver MY totally Awesome, rip snorting smoking Hot Glider. Yet I have not Flown it in over Twelve Years. But this Phoenix Pilot has a Plan; First I will Fly George's WW 330 CONDOR. then I will Fly John's North-Wing T-Two. After John has done am I-R-A-N on My Predator OI will once again Fly My Beloved Predator!

So as I mentioned in My Earlier Post. Sunday now seems to be The Day that I might just Get To fly. U+I never knew that John and Ringo were Pilots. I mean the line; "I Get High with a little help from My friends". That Line must depict one or Two of them Flying, it Must right?

Saturday Morning August Twentieth:

Ok here is how My efforts to once again Return to Free-Flight: my friend Pilot-X. i know, I know, you must be thinking to Yourselves What is it with this Pilot being called "PILOIT X"? I really do not have a answer as to Why X Goes By the letter X. But it is what it is.

when You see my using X to say who i am talking about. But X is called '"PILOT x" Due to How when I would when Writing about one of Our Flying Days. I would write up about say We were Flying say Diablo. Well X attempting to stay o the "Down Low", to remain unknown, insists that when one of us would write up a Post Flight report. We are not to use His Name. I have news for You "X", Everyone knows who You are. To Me X's insistence that We go along with His REquest at remaining a Non-entity, A nameless Pilot, is so strange. I mean all this Skullduggery, why?

POSSIBLE FLIGHT OF THIS PHOENIX PILOT:

Ok I as of now it is undecided as to weather or not I will Fly Tomorrow. That is Because X tweaked His Back. My Sister Kathleen,; "THE DEMON" Rubbed Aranaka om the sore muslces of X's Back. Maybe that Will Work. So if X is up to Taking Me and George's Condor to the Beach. Tomorrow. I hope to Fly!

Please forgive Me Bob if this post that I am about to Type might be deemed as an Off Topic Post. In other words please do not Ban Me.

Anyways thgis is what I want to ask everyone. What is the current state of affairs' regarding one's achieving a recovery From Dementia? I mean has there been any recent development regarding having a Cure to Dementia?

I can not be the only Person here who has a Father or a Mother with this disgusting condition. My Mother was a all around good and sound Person. up until about a Dozen Years ago or so. Today My Mother has an Memory that lasts mere seconds if that. My Mother was a College Graduate. She had Her own Business, an Equestrian Riding Stables. She earned Her Teaching Degree in College. She was accepted to the Us Olympic team in nineteen fifty three.

DEMENTIA:

Dementia is like one having the Negative effects such as Schizophrenia, but not having the killer High! Dementia in My Opinion is a Demented Disease.

Well here it is Sunday Morning. I was really hoping to Fly today. I thought that I would Fly that great Big 330 WW Condor. Granted this flight on the Surface might not appear to be any kind of grand Flight. i mean i was talking with My Friend Pilot-X regarding my getting back into the Air Today Slack-Sunday. but X Tweaked His back. so i think as far as today goes i am firmly rooted into the Ground. My Sister rubed some Aranaka into X's Back were He had some serious soreness. But as of Now 8:20 Am I have not heard from X.

Well here I sit typing away. By the way a couple of Years ago, Oh Maybe Six Years ago I could not Type. But that was then, and this now. I am hoping that Pilot-X's Back is feeling better so that WE can go either to a Training Hill in Barkley, or to the Coast, So that I will be able to strut that Great Big 330 square foot Glider into the Air. Then when John comes up here to IRAN My Predator. I will Fly John's North-Wing T-2. Yes, things could, and have been way worse.

So My aspirations to Fly are looking UP. Yea Baby!

Being that it is looking like I will be Flying George's Condor. There are some things that I want to get Straight in My head before i fly It. The gliders propensity to be divergent. Does that Mean if when you initiate a turn thus banking the glider. does the Glider want to continue banking? or is in pitch?

I will only be making Minor Hops off a Train Hill or I will be Flying it at the Beach. I just do not want to be surprised by anything. Thanks Guys. Chris 925-497-1059

Hi Chris,

I have a fair amount of time in a Condor 330, and I have not found any evidence of divergence. But I've always flown in smooth coastal conditions (Dockweiler and Torrey). There have been thousands of people (many making their first flights) who have flown a Condor without incident.

I suspect that the bigger problem is lack of control authority in turbulent conditions. Stay in smooth air and you'll be fine.

I have so Much Flying to do.Heck I have been on a forced Twelve year lay-Off. when i am fully back up to speed flying my beloved Predator. i plan on sitting down with john, so that he will be able to Bring me up to Speed so to speak with the Finer aspects of looping a Predator. Granted i have gone over the Top many times. i never miss managed pitch so as to have slack hang Strap at the top of the Maneuver. I have gone over the Top having not qualifying as a loop. i have only been Shy of a loop by as little as 5 or 10 degrees.

When I was Heavy, My Heaviest Weight was 290 Lbs. looking back on it I must have applied Pitch judiciously. I was always especially because of My weight. I was always worried that I might over-stress the Glider, and Blow it up.

I have posted My needing a new Vario, duet to the fact that my vario disappeared after My last Flight. i was busted up, a broken. i was in a Comma. I do not have a Clue. My vario was a Baringer. The next Vario that I get can be another Brand, I have no preference as to Make or model. What I would like to look into is where My vario could interface with a GPS Unit. Then a signal would be sent to My Driver who would know where i ewas, and how High i was? Could any of You tell Me where I could research this type of Set-Up? What are Pilots using currently?
