Step 1) A written statement of the infraction, quote, and the precise agreement rule broken. (Public notice of 1st step with date, and quote of the complete Disciplinary Procedure.)
Step 2) (2nd infraction.) One week, TIME OUT, posting only to the FREE SPEECH ZONE. (Public notice of 2nd step
- with quote of step one, date, and the complete Disciplinary Procedure.)
Step 3) (3rd infraction.) Indefinite restriction to, FREE SPEECH ZONE with possible total banning from the US Hawks.
- (Public notice of all steps taken, dates, infraction, and complete Disciplinary Procedure.)  

Feel free to us this motion and make any needed clarifications and propose your own motion.

Thanks Joe. We have a motion with a couple of seconds. I vote   yes  . I also like Bill's added suggestion of expungement for good behavior, but we can add that as another motion.

Thanks Bill for being persistent on this. This whole issue had so soured me, that I didn't have much energy or desire to give it any more attention. One of the great things about a team of leaders is that we have many to carry the ball when any one of us is too tired to do so. Thanks to all of our Board members who "carry the ball" on all of our issues. You each keep us moving forward.
