Hello Tooele Hawks,

Lately I heard from a hang gliding pilot that the stockton bar is closed to PG. Is that accurate?

I have recently visited (Today) the Tooele Hawks Blog and read the groups statement about stockton bar;
"we hope to help preserve this site for future Hang gliding, Paragliding, and Radio Control Generations.."

It sounds like this is a great site and there is support for all pilot types. Let me know if there has been a misunderstanding.

I can’t remember where I got the information but I’m thinking that I too heard that PG’ing was not allowed at Stockton Bar. Something about the land owner up top or bottom having a say. But you should keep asking that question to either confirm my data or straighten me out on all my loose talk (type really).

I have years filled with a wealth of information that I’m having trouble accessing. I think it’s Lipitor rotting my whatdoyoucallit.
