The unbent leading edge that I have here looks to me to be the only thing that might work for you.
The nose end doesn't match the print that you attached to the email. If the OD does match, my part may be cut to work.
Compare below the Fusion print for the nose end with the nose end of my pictured part.

Now I'm really confused! Your measuring instrument shows the tube is exactly 2" OD. But if it's the correct OD tubing for my Fusion, it should show just less than 2" - and line up dead on with 50 mm. It should not line up with the 51 mm/2" OD mark. ? ? ?

Are you fairly sure that you have 7075 alloy tubing there? It just might be 6061 (domestic US) dead on 2" OD tubing.

I'm not sure that 2" tubing will fit inside my (55" long) outboard 52 mm sleeve. Now, . . . I just checked the ID of the 52mm outer sleeve (with an accurate caliper) and I get ~ 1/16" shy of 2".

The confusion is still here. What I can't figure is, what did the piece of tubing come from? And, how can it be 7075 and not measure 50 mm or 52mm?

Me thinks it's U.S. made 2" OD 6061 alloy.

Maybe "THE TUBE," is from Dave's HP2 which would be made in the USA and also be made of 6061 T6.
I measured with the two separate Inside/Outside/Depth Gage's and came up with 2".

Another thought ----- Dave has four leading edges for an HP2. He said that he will be building a lift for a project that he is working on.
Maybe some of the crossbars that he gave me I could give them back for his lift project and he could free up two complete HP2 leading edges.
What I'm getting at would be two complete HP2, 2" (51mm) O.D. leading edges to shorten and put both on your smaller Fusion.
Dave could say, "No," to that plan but only if I ask him. One problem I see with that is -- I don't have sleeve material to fit.
For it to work we would need the 6061 T6 trailing edges and then consider end caps.

Thanks much for all the effort you've put into this. Since the Fusion was designed with 7075 tubing, I'll have to stick with that.

If any of your scrap tubing is 7075 and 50 mm OD and roughly 12 feet long (without bends) that could work fine. I think the HP-AT had 7075, the Sport "European" had 7075 and I would expect that nearly all mid 1990s and beyond (mid to upper level) WW gliders had 7075.

If nothing you have fits, I must still say Thank You Very Much! for your time.

Last ditch effort.
As it seems to turn out the previous two trailing edge tubes that I had pictured before and had marked 1-31/32" comes out to 50mm.
Scott, if I understand you your trailing edges are 52mm and the leading edges are 50mm. You need 50mm material for your repair.
I have below two tubes (1st tube and 2nd tube) but here it gets tough -- Keep them straight because I have different pictures of each
of the two 50mm tubes.

I do feel badly that we were not able to issue him an H3.   

But I think it's more important that we not open ourselves to any criticism of our rating system.

I hope Howie will appreciate that, and I hope he knows that I (and most likely "we") would love to see him get the rating he deserves.

Once again, thanks for the effort Bill. With the Fusion SP inboard LE, the main tube is 50 mm OD and needs to be at or close to 12 feet in length (or ~144"). The tubing you've got includes outboard LE sections and while they are the right OD, they are far too short.

Looks like it's gonna have to be a new part from WW.
