Juan helps shepherd exhibit designs from the conceptual phase through development to their final realization as built elements. Juan joined Cinnabar in 1999 as a specialty fabricator for motion picture special effects and theme park attractions. He brings an extensive understanding of fabrication methodologies and materials to the development and testing of mockups and prototypes as well as supervising the production of shop drawings, exhibit fabrication and installation. Juan is also an accomplished test pilot, designer and fabricator of hang gliders and ultra-light aircraft. His background in this field has contributed in many ways to the development of simple and effective structures and mechanisms that are light and elegant.

Hey, that is just a kite; let's build one. Kite skills of the players along with aviation-family spirits brought hang gliding to the family in Mexico and then beyond.
