Starting with a Forum...

First let me apologize that this post originally said something else, but I ended up losing it while working with the database. :roll:

But I think my main point was that we're starting off with a forum, and a forum is not necessarily the best way to build an organization (see recent fiasco with other new hang gliding start up).

So in this topic I'm looking for ideas and suggestions that might help the US Hawks do a better job of using a forum to build an organization. Any thoughts?
