Why can Davis move and lock threads?

Because, he is the owner, publisher, editor, and is the absolute authority of the Oz Report, taking full responsibility for the content on the Oz Report.

Apparently, Davis has accepted the majority’s decision (who voted) and is moving on being respectful of the majority’s decision.

Davis can speak for himself on the matter, if he so chooses.

All of that is true, but it doesn't shield Davis from public criticism for his actions. That's the one part of this discussion that you appear too dense or stubborn to comprehend.

You seem to have lost track of the big picture here Michael.

I criticized you for not publicly criticizing Jack for unjustly banning Joe Faust. Your excuse has been that you wouldn't criticize Jack on his forum because it's his forum. So how does that square with your statement that Davis will take full responsibility for his actions? Doesn't "full responsibility" include criticism by members of the forum? But that's what you've refused to do in Jack's case.

Michael, your continued twisting of the facts truly sickens me. As I said before, I won't ban you unless you break the rules, but at this point I really wish you would just go back to Jack's forum where your twisted logic will be much more comfortable.

I totally agree with Rick's above statement.

It is my opinion that the "Wall of Shame" posting, by Bob, may have done irreparable harm to my "behind the scenes" efforts to get Joe back into HG.org. I won't say more because of communications I want to remain confidential.

The irony here may turn out to be that Bob was the biggest obstacle to getting Joe back in.

Joe's great creation of the USHGRS, National HG ratings registry, had absolutely nothing to do with Bob, but it is hard to convince others of that true fact when they see the "Wall of Shame" postings. It may have been a "poison pill", (my personal feelings, hope I'm wrong) to my efforts.

Wish you had talked to me first, Bob, I would have said: BUTT OUT!

If you, Michael, and Red and a few others had taken that attitude (and if Frank had held to that attitude) in Joe's banning, then you wouldn't be facing the shame that appears to be driving you insane.

Michael, take responsibility for abandoning Joe, and your apparent insanity is likely to subside.
