Ken Andrews is USHPA's newly elected Region 3 Director. Ken will be at Dockweiler this coming Sunday (January 24th, 2016) for a mixture of flying and discussions.

All Friends of Dockweiler are encouraged to show up for what promises to be a fun and informative day at the beach.

Are the 115 paragliding deaths* in 2015 a topic for discussion?

Probably not, but then anything can be a topic of general conversation.

The near future of Dockweiler hang gliding will certainly be up for discussion. Paragliding is not allowed there (county rules).

Hey guys, how about moving this discussion over to the blog page instead of the FDGS club page?

Based on a request from the Friends of Dockweiler leadership, I've moved 3 posts from this discussion to a new topic in the "Hang Gliding General" forum titled:

"Topics for Discussion with Ken Andrews"

Anyone interested in continuing the discussion there is welcome.
