I just spoke with Joe and as maker of the motion, he liked the following:
Free Speech Zone / Off-Mission Discussions
So that's what I will do. We also agreed that the outer forum (currently named "Off Topic Soap Box") could be better named "Off-Mission Discussions". That wasn't voted on, but seems consistent with the intent of the motion. So I will make that change as well. If any Board Member objects, please contact me or post your objection and I'll change it back pending an official vote.
