We had a nice Second Sunday with a number of Torrey Hawks members and friends showing up to fly. At one point he physically grabbed our cooler and tried to force us to move. Toward the end of the day I visited the RC mound and left our club cooler unattended. I also took a sample for DNA identification before washing it down. I look forward to a time when the Torrey Pines Gliderport finally gets proper oversight. |

The yellow fluid is more than likely Gator Aid or some kind of soda. However DNA tests could rule that out. Someone Gabe Jebb's age might not recall the Tylenol tampering incident of 1986 that resulted in severe penalties for tampering with food and it was made a federal crime. http://www.fda.gov/RegulatoryInformation/Legislation/ucm148785.htm Federal Anti-Tampering Act U.S.C. Yet another confrontation with Gabrielle Jebb  I was chatting with the general crowd, when I noticed Gabrielle Jebb giving me stare down, grumbling words of hate directed at me.... So I asked him , "got anything to say to me" He Flipped me off and continued to circle around me and the crowd, He then stopped in front of me and said a few hateful word trying to start a fight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I then told him, "I will be filling a restraint order against You as You continue provoking me" He then backed off, He knows I was serious ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I said the same thing to Robin Marian few months back during a Employee Crystal Meth issue.... "The Gliderport Mexican stand Off" I am now seriously considering filing a double restraint order against both parties.... Letting the court work this out....
