I am so glad to see these 3 amigos doing this thing that brought us all together to begin with.

I wonder if wind turbines tend to be a trigger
point for thermals or possibly do they tend
to mix the air suppressing thermal production?
I have read that they tend to break up the night
time inversion layer allowing more night time
cooling.

You were going to go to Horse Canyon. Is that also called Blossom Valley or did you go somewhere else?

I checked the wind forecast at Horse that day and it looked great - W @ 10 all afternoon, so i assumed you were having a great flight there.
