I'm with you Soar8Hours. Flying since 1980, I no longer have a topless or even double surface. I bought the new Attack Falcon 4 "c" model with speed battens (he he he). It's light, flies easy and great, lands easy. Other high perf pilots often comment that it's really surprising to see how it does in high winds.

Bob, the instructions work fine. My challenge was deciding how much of the YouTube code to copy and paste. Found the last characters were not needed if they were preceded by a special character such as ampersand. Previewing wouldn't show the video frame. Easy to fix. Thanks for the help Bob - I caught up my posting at last.

Hawks,
Either on or after December 10, 2019 my YouTube (Bill Cummings Channel) account may go dark due to the new, "agreement."
I have never tried to monetize my videos since I didn't want viewers to either wait for commercials to clear or add to the cause
of viewers paying more for NO COMMERCIALS.
To my knowledge nobody should have been plagued with commercials while watching my HG videos.
Now it appears that YouTube is shaking the dead wood out of their family tree.
The lack of money moving seems to be the reason thousands of channels will go dark.
My videos were for documentation, entertainment and education. Seeing the skill level of a pilot enables
local pilots to make informed opinions on whether or not a visiting pilot has the skills to fly at their sites.
I have most of my videos backed up on a thumb drive or still on my Dell laptop.
If a lot of the videos go dark on the Hawks on or after December 10, 2019 what will be the best way to
replace years of videos that may be lost?

Introduction
Thank you for using the YouTube platform and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of the platform (collectively, the “Service”).

Our Service

The Service allows you to discover, watch and share videos and other content, provides a forum for people to connect, inform, and inspire others across the globe, and acts as a distribution platform for original content creators and advertisers large and small. We provide lots of information about our products and how to use them in our Help Center. Copyright Protection

Account Suspension & Termination
Terminations by You
You may stop using the Service at any time. Follow these instructions to delete the Service from your Google Account, which involves closing your YouTube channel and removing your data. You also have the option to download a copy of your data first.

Terminations and Suspensions by YouTube for Cause

YouTube may suspend or terminate your access, your Google account, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if (a) you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement; (b) we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; or (c) we believe there has been conduct that creates (or could create) liability or harm to any user, other third party, YouTube or our Affiliates.

Terminations by YouTube for Service Changes

YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google account’s access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.

Notice for Termination or Suspension

We will notify you with the reason for termination or suspension by YouTube unless we reasonably believe that to do so: (a) would violate the law or the direction of a legal enforcement authority, or would otherwise risk legal liability for YouTube or our Affiliates; (b) would compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the Service; or (c) would cause harm to any user, other third party, YouTube or our Affiliates. About Software in the Service
Downloadable Software
When the Service requires or includes downloadable software (such as the YouTube Studio application), you give permission for that software to update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available, subject to your device settings. Unless that software is governed by additional terms which provide a license, YouTube gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by YouTube as part of the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Service as provided by YouTube, in the manner permitted by this Agreement. About this Agreement
Modifying this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement, for example, to reflect changes to our Service or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Severance

No Waiver

Multi-Camera Aerobatics
It took many years of free time and learning to get all the camera mounts, cameras, etc. working right.
I am going to start a vlog on YouTube about learning aerobatics in a hang glider.
I'm doing this to promote our sport.
This is my first video. I wasn't even going to turn this into a video, I was just adjusting camera angles, camera settings, etc, but it was so beautiful I couldn't keep it locked up on my hard drive. It turned into on of the best HG videos on YouTube!
More to come, and they will be a lot better than this when filmed in 2020 and thereafter.

Steve, both your flying and your video work are excellent. It would be a great pleasure to see your video series develop.

You might be interested in the "Blog" section of the U.S. Hawks. It's a subforum where the original poster can set the rules for the topic they start. This gives the original poster a high degree of control over the content and tbe degree of diversion they will accept from other posters. A very good example is John Coyier's restoration of an "Easy Riser' glider.

With regard to the video error, I think Joe Faust has got it right. YouTube appears to be saying that the video was uploaded with a setting that doesn't allow it to be viewed through other web sites (like the U.S. Hawks). Here's what the video says:

Something that I’ve become aware of lately (2020).
is that viewing videos by clicking on the the URL
method of posting (Here at the US HAWKS.) is
the videos will sometimes come with commercials.
The videos that are imbedded are stripped of
commercials.
I always try to post them using both methods,
URL and imbedded, since some countries outside
the United States don’t allow viewing some
imbedded videos but do allow viewing videos
with URL links.

Something that I’ve become aware of lately (2020).
is that viewing videos by clicking on the the URL
method of posting (Here at the US HAWKS.) is
the videos will sometimes come with commercials.
The videos that are imbedded are stripped of
commercials.

That's an advantage to embedding the video with the [youtube] tag. There's also another advantage to embedding. Embedded videos can be played in some browsers that won't play the linked versions without a forced upgrade.

I always try to post them using both methods,
URL and imbedded, since some countries outside
the United States don’t allow viewing some
imbedded videos but do allow viewing videos
with URL links.

That's the best way to do it. The link lets people view it on YouTube, and the [youtube] tag let's them watch it right in the post.

Aviation Born Hat Trick.

Ok iy is looking as though I Will be returning to My Home; "THE SKY" in 6 Months. What I want to do is this. Since this will be My First Flight in thirteen Years I want to get the Flight on Video. I only have a Cell Phone. It is a Metro Brand Cell Phone. But when it comes to how I will Mount the Phone on the Glider that I will fly, or rtreally how to operate the Phone. I am sort of at a loss. I hope to have My Sister take Meto Metro where I might be able to get some Guidance.

Who knows? Maybe when I Fly down at Dockweiler Beach. i might be able to pull Off an Aviation Born Hat-Trick, Yea Baby, I might be able to Fly To Torrey Pines where i could land a Condor.
