Whole Air Magazine was published for about 9 years (1977-1986). While it covered many aspects of ultra light flying, the primary focus was on hang gliding. WAM

There were 51 total issues, 34 of which have been scanned here, beginning with 1980. Filename format is [issue #]_[mmyy]_WholeAir.pdf.

Wow, an early Christmas Present from Santa Joe on behalf of the Skywackers.

Imagine back in the good ole days of having an alternative Hang Gliding Magazine – Whole Air Magazine.

There was no stigma, just good information about Hang Gliding being passed on to enthusiasts.
