Anyone able to translate Korean for the article posted by Fred?

It appears to be about the history of aviation from the earliest days of kites and hot air balloons through to gliders and powered aircraft. The glider shown is , I think, a poor representation of Cayley's glider but has been built in the manner of hang gliders produced in the 60's?
