Looking at an old , new problem.

So look back to the Eighties when Paraglider Pilots were trying to develop as an Self Sufficient, Self Reliant Sport. They, Paragliders did not reach out to those {HG Pilots} Who had done the "Exact thing" that They were attempting to do. No that was too difficult. It was far easier to simply take away from those HG Pilots Who had started Their own organization USGA. Then re-formed USGA to suit themselves, that is exactly what They did. Now there is USHPA. I Myself wrote two letters to USGA, proposing that we should help them to develop their own Organization. Never did I think that They would ever take over

Just because Paraglider Pilots exude a sense of tremendous courage because they are able to Fly those Bags. This should not mean that they should be able have come into Our Organization, and take it away from Us. Just because they poses a huge amount of Courage, it does not warrant them simply by invading our very own USGA .

Do not get Me wrong. i bet that If I could disregard the Fear. I would enjoy boating around in a Paraglider. But after all I must just admit the fact that I am basically a Coward. No Paraglider Flying is not in the cards for Yours Truly.
