What is an Otto-0 rating ?

Self-Soar Association adopted a membership system where members were called Otto members. This all was to honor and share the spirit of Otto Lilienthal, considered by many as the father of hang gliding. An Otto-0 rating wraps a hang glider pilot who honors by conduct self-soar flying with high good judgement toward the safety of others and oneself consistently. There is an aim for zero incidents, zero actions that injure the hang gliding community within the eyes of society. An Otto-0 rated pilot has won the esteem of the elders of Self-Soar Association for the pilot's self-management while enjoying hang gliding safely within the style and type of hang gliding chosen by that pilot which may not fit the styles of others. The Otto-0 pilot helps other pilots and spectators in hang gliding scenes.

Any landowner finding an Otto-0 rating applied to a Hang Glider Pilot at USHGRS may have high confidence of respectful behavior, helpfulness, and fair dealing.

I love the spirit of this rating, but the "zero" part conjures up emptiness rather than fullness.

I'm not sure what I'd suggest instead though ...

Zero trouble from this pilot.
Origin of things good: Otto. Origin: zero.
Aiming for zero incidents in all scenes.
Needs zero reasons to fly HG.
Empty of dependence on medical certificate, as per FAR 103, though caring for fitness for style of HG actions intended.
Empty of dependence on the oppression of orgs that develop into monsters that murder self-regulation.
Empty of dependence on airworthiness certification, as per FAR 103, though careful respect for craft integrity for purpose of use.
Empty of dependence on "ratings" while taking high responsible care to be ready for chose HG actions.
Empty of self in order to be ready to serve others in HG by use of directed actions in negative or positive ways as needed to effect good things for the HG world.
Ever aware that one is to start from the beginning when doing pre-flight of self, wing, weather, conditions. Assume nothing; check all safety matters. Most wise. Assume zero and see what is needed for THIS IMMEDIATE LAUNCH and FLIGHT.

And more. Zero is a place for creativity. What is one going to place in the following zero-content box [ ] ? Opportunity for creativity.
Otto Lilienthal started with 0 hang gliding; that spurred him to have HG.
