Crestline Fly-In July 21st, 2018

At some point, two paragliders "interacted" and one of them ended up on the mountain:
Two helicopters were summoned:
They used the Andy Jackson LZ as their base of operations (USHPA Director Ken Andrews on left):
Here's a close-up of one of the helicopters:
There were first responders from a number of disciplines involved until twilight:
I didn't have direct contact with any of the officials at the scene. The rumor in the LZ was that the injuries were serious, but the prognosis for a full recovery was good.
