Ever Cost Less to Learn Hang Gliding
================================================
It could be a fact that it will cost ever less
to learn hang gliding in the future.
This topic thread is dedicated to fulfilling that kind of future
for recreational hang gliding.
=================================================
What have you toward such future?

The same topic has been launched in Davis' and Jack's living rooms.
May the development of the topic be best here at US Hawks.

Costs arrive from several routes. Meaning and interpretation will play. Just what is considered a "cost" will alter understanding of the topic.
I consider it a huge cost to give away virgin experiences that could be treasures. Toss away a valuable treasure knowingly or unknowingly and see such toss as a huge cost. Avoid such tossing and learn hang gliding without such huge cost. If one tosses away virgin self-soar foot launch experience by launching into a paid tandem joy ride, or into a paid scooter-tugged experience, or into an aero tow experience, then the cost could be considered by some as huge. First experiences' values are at stake. The pay-for paths that take the first-experience virginity from a person have built in a cost that may need to be more carefully considered by those intending to enter recreational hang gliding. Maybe avoid the "pay" and maybe avoid the huge cost never having the first experience with foot-launch recreational self-soar hang gliding. The hurry could be a huge cost. The patient route might cost far less; maybe avoid the commercial hurry path that deletes a virgin experience that could be worth a life fortune. Others might not cost the matter in the same way. Examine the agendas of various commercialized schools and commercial instructors; there are differences. Examine open non-commercial recreational HG schools; perhaps invest to form such schools into ever-increasing quality.

I distinctly remember the first time I was driving home from my self taught sessions of piloting of my first hang glider (my Skysail) and I didn't hurt anywhere. No bruises or abrasions! It was a great feeling of; I'm actually beginning to fly and land OK and I've been having a great afternoon.
Cost of all lessons - zero (not counting band aids and antiseptics or driving to and from sites).
