Ken Muscio

Postby wingspan33 » Sat Jan 30, 2016 8:36 pm

I'm wondering if any of you California guys knew Ken Muscio? Sadly, it's been reported that he had a fatal accident at McClure (not sure where in CA that is). One person reported he was 76.

How much will age matter as the bulk of (original?) HG pilots reach their 60s, 70s, and even their 80s!

(I'll bet Joe will ask - "Who will be the first 100 year old solo hang glider pilot?")

Hi Scott,

Very sad news. :(

I read that fatal accident was the result of a mid air at low altitude.

The other glider, PG/HG ?, landed safely.

No other details so far.
