Lowest altitude HG flight

Some hang glider pilot (HGP) has the record for hang gliding in an air point lower below mean sea level (MSL) than any other HGP.
Who? Where? Proof of the flying at some specified low altitude below MSL?

Notice that there may be several records to achieve here. Someone starting high could fly in really low altitude air. That could be one record.
Another record could be lowest launch of HG. Foot launch.
Then one might consider lowest combined launch and landing sum.
Duration from really low-altitude launches.

And records may occur for lowest artificial points.
Or for lowest naturally-occurring points.
Maybe collect flights in the 10 deepest points?

Go to the lowest open air space on earth. Such might be a cavern near low places. Do a hang gliding flight. Post the record.

Any stories near this matter?
Real life?
Middle earth fictional?

Pending accuracy about artificial point:
"The lowest human-sized point underground is 3,900 m (12,800 feet) below ground at the TauTona Mine, Carletonville, South Africa." Some HGP in such mine at low depth could do a hang gliding flight and claim the record for the artificial space. Exploring the activity of the miners might disclose someone having done a micro hang gliding effort there; since micro hang gliding is a form of hang gliding, then someone might be able to claim for such site.

Notice that the density of the air tends to be more in low low places; such reduces the need for wing area for glides.
