Now i can even click on the link in my email when I get one of those "someone has replied to your post" messages from Bob. Before it just sent me to the "no secure access" message.

Actually, you helped as well Frank. Everyone who spoke up about the problem (as you did) helped push me toward fixing it. If I'd been Jack Axaopoulos, I'd have just banned you all and forbidden your names to ever be mentioned again.  

In all seriousness, complaining serves an important purpose in any society or organization. I believe that's one of the many reasons that free speech was so clearly protected in the Bill of Rights.
