Hello Guys:

Well I have a Question that has it's roots in Hang Gliding. Yes I like so many of My Friends had no idea what My Blood Glucose was. But after my Last Flight where I severely Pounded Myself into the ground. In the Hospital My body was in shock! I mean it really was hurt from that pounding. So in the Hospital My Doctors took my Blood Glucose numbers. I had an Glucose number as high as 851! I just want to say that an Glucose number of 851 is insanely elevated. This is when One is considered Diabetic. Once You have been deemed Diabetic, You are Diabetic Fore ever. Well the way I see this Blood Glucose number, and Diabetes deal is this. Yes I had insanely high Glucose Numbers a Decade ago, 851 being insanely high. Well since then I have severely lowered My Blood Glucose numbers. Check this Out I have had My lowest Seven Day average was 88.8. Yea-Baby!

Does anyone have any thoughts? I am all ears.

I’ve heard it said that people have reset their high blood sugar
levels by going on a starvation diet.
On another item I heard that taking cinnamon capsules (1000mg
each) with things high in sugar will help balance your blood sugars levels.
I’ve done that and my last A1C test had me finally out of the pre-
diabetic range.

Ok here are My thoughts on ones Blood Sugar, and being labeled as being a Diabetic. My having any issue with being called a Diabetic was a direct result because of when I pounded Myself into the ground oh eleven and a half years ago. My Sister said that when I pounded my internal organs took such a beating, that it caused My Blood Glucose numbers to sky-rocket! The highest Blood Glucose number that I saw insanely high Blood Glucose number of eight hundred fifty one! I should inform some of You as to the significance of one having recorded Glucose numbers in the 850 range. First and Foremost, You are labeled a Diabetic. There are some nasty things that May happen to You with Crazy High Blood-Glucose numbers way up high in the 800-850 range. Please note; Once You are labeled Diabetic, YOu are always a Diabetic. This really does suck. Just like having a Body temperature of 98.6 is "The Number" that one wants. Having an Blood Glucose number of 85 is a perfect number. The last couple of Mornings I have been registering 84's. An 84 is one point Lower than a perfect number of 85. But I am still flawed. I am a Diabetic. I look at My Physical reality like this. I hit the Ground so Hard that i was not supposed to survive. I stated earlier in this Post that My internal Organs took a severe pounding. Well that was then, this is now. I can live with my current Blood Glucose numbers. My lowest seven Day Average was an 88.8. Yea Baby!

Could this kind of flight be done
with a high performance or topless glider?

Hello everyone.

Well I just want to say this about My Blood Sugar. I look to have My Glucose number, just as it was this morning to be under 100 like it really should be under 100 every day. "Every Day". I do not really pay attention to an individual Glucose number. For I can prick a finger on each Hand. Then test each hands finger, so that I will have an comparison from left to Right, Yes i may have a 25 point spread from my right hand to My left hand.

Does anyone have any thoughts on Blood Glucose? A doctor I see did say that the optimal Glucose number is 85. The closest that I have come to having an 85 average Glucose average was 88.8, This average was close but no Cigar. it was close that week, so close but not optimal.

Thoughts People I want to hear Your thoughts. Good Morning By the Way.

I have been taking this Tru Naigen supplement, and it has helped me with increased energy levels. Also using Near Red light bulb which is also a big help for my old bones. Check them out.

I’m not sure I understand this question but going XC from Dockweiler more than
likely will not be ok due to restrictions.

Ah Bill, it is always the case just as Anita Bryant saID; "A Day Without XC, is just like a Day without Sunshine".
