In 2012 I'd like to start working on an on-line training manual for the Hawks and I'm thinking it will be built around on-line videos for demonstrations. I think your skill at finding good videos would be a big help. This one is a great candidate for the "Competition" chapter.

Also, I really liked that simulator in the middle of the video clip. Here are a few stills:
