San Diego Sheriffs Captain Arrested for Trafficking Guns & Drugs

There are a few things that I agree with concerning
the announcement of indictments.
The State of California can do their own thing with gun laws.
I don’t agree with charging innocent people with crimes
for violating laws that have impeded 2nd amendment
rights.

BRIAN KEMP (Georgia Governor) QUOTE:
“The protesters need to know we’re going to support
their efforts in a peaceful, nonviolent protest.
The agitators need to know that we’ll be there ...to
take them to jail if they’re destroying lives and
property.”
Governor, you are part of the problem!
THE POLICE NEED TO KNOW THAT WE’LL BE THERE ...
TO TAKE THEM TO JAIL IF THEY’RE DESTROYING LIVES
AND PROPERTY.

From 2005, for a ten year period
10,000 citizens were killed by police officers
and only 153 of those cases were ever prosecuted.

I like the idea about creating a Yelp For Police type APP. Compiling names of police and expert witnesses that are on a Brady List (As in Brady vs Maryland, 1963 Supreme Court) could be entered into the Yelp police rating app. with links or FOIA documenting why said individual has been placed into the app. (No longer being able to testify in court which has been called a career killer by the police union.) Just as we are either caged or monetarily penalized laws must be changed so that there is equal justice under the law. Qualified Immunity must be striped and bad officers must pay their own liability/malpractice insurance like we victims are compelled to carry on our vehicles. If we screw up too many times we can't afford to drive. If the cops screw up they can't afford to work as police. This will price out the bad cops before the crooked D. A's and judges get a chance to protect them. Move one step closer to reestablishing honor to the policing profession by stripping them of their Supreme Court sanctioned right to lie to us. (Nardone vs United States 1939, Fruit of the poisonous tree legal doctrine. Which would also be equal justice under the law.)
Banning the choke hold isn't enough. Eric Garner was chocked to death by the police in New York and the choke hold was already against policy there and that was before George Floyd. Even if we all get on the same page with the choke hold on the neck it will just happen with baton, taser, or hot boxing (Cuffed and stuffed in a hot squad car.) Don't allow Eric and George to only become speed bumps on the road to tyranny we need to move on the suggested solutions above. Can YOU add to a good solutions list?

Strike down Civil asset forfeiture.
Civil asset forfeiture has its roots in maritime
and customs law, but modern civil asset forfeiture
practices were introduced by the
Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984.
This law established the Assets Forfeiture Fund at the
Department of Justice (DOJ) for asset proceeds and
the Equitable Sharing Program.

Consider expanding the Good Samaritan law to immunize bystanders from obstruction charges
for coming to the defense of any abused victim by anyone.
Wikipedia:
Good Samaritan law
Not to be confused with Duty to rescue.
Good Samaritan laws offer legal protection to people who give reasonable assistance to those who are, or whom they believe to be, injured, ill, in peril, or otherwise incapacitated.[1] The protection is intended to reduce bystanders' hesitation to assist, for fear of being sued or prosecuted for unintentional injury or wrongful death.
